O2- Auto-assessment Test Focusing on Teachers and Teaching in Multicultural Classes

The main aim of this report is to analyse cultural integration and the consequent problems faced by teachers in multicultural situations. As a result of the emphasis given to the challenges of the educational work, Multicultural Schools provides a deep and comprehensive understanding of the issue: this enables the reader to discern the effective problem-solving skills employed by teachers and to understand the children’s and teacher’s needs.

Furthermore, a test in support of the report has been administered to a sample of teachers to help them examine their own attitudes about cultural diversity in EU society and to unveil aspects of a teacher’s education concerning diversity.
